August Daily Routinely

Hello Monday Bloggers! Welcome back to our own work! Welcome back to you who are entering school today! Yeah.. Holiday is ended. 

Nah.. I wrote some sentences on my instagram photo last night, that I decided to post a new blog post for my first post on blog about "August Daily Routinely". And today is the day that I post it. You can find some tips that I use these days. And I've got some results, they are more active, my facial skin looks cleaner, more stamina, and etc. Okay, just scroll down then!

These are my daily schedules that starts from 1st of August 2014 (Friday). Check below!

1. wake up on around 7 am - 8 am.

2. wash face with my special cleanser.

3. brush my teeth and tongue.

4. playing on my gadget, especially open instagram, playing Candy Crush Saga for about 10-15 minutes.

5. jump rope for 100 jumps each day, it's about 5-10 minutes, just use walking mode.

6. take a bath for 10-20 minutes.

7. have breakfast on around 9 am - 10 am.

8. open an offline store called "Destin Style" starts from 10 am - 6 pm (monday-friday), starts from 10 am - 7 pm (saturday-sunday).

9. have lunch at around 12 pm - 2 pm. (i don't eat fried for one month, meats, beans, chocolates, ice cream, spicy food, all about fat. i just eat vegetables, fruits, crackers with milk, rice, about that)

10. take a bath for around 10-20 minutes in the evening.

11. have dinner outside or inside (homemade).

12. hang out (if necessary) and go to sleep.

Just do that everyday, and mostly eating homemade. And this really work, diet naturally, healthy, energetic, feel happy. yeah.. i just do it by walking your heart. just like that. make it simple guys! it just some tips for you who wants to get diet naturally. and, about fruits and vegetables, you can browse and find on books about healthy food and the benefits one, but don't forget not to be overdosed. just take it enough.
